This past weekend we went to Grandma and Grandpa Lux's house for Aunt Anna's birthday we.......

Had sooooo...... much fun!!

We hung out with all the Lux boys....

We sang to the birthday girl....

We ate cheerios.....

We practiced walking....

We played video games....

We practiced standing....

We practiced crawling.....

And most of all we hung out and had a great time with our family!!!

Squash!!!!

Here is a video of baby boy's first taste of squash. Well, not the first bite, which I wish we would have gotten on film because it was the funniest face ever. He wasn't so sure at first, but after a couple bites he was in love! I just love making him new foods, its so cute to see his reaction. He tried avocado the other day which was also a hit and I bought him some apples today so I cant wait for him to try those. Enjoy the video of our little cutie!

Newest trick!

Baby boy has mastered a new trick! Sitting up by himself. Look how cute he is!

He also got tooth #3 today, his upper left middle tooth. Wow he is getting so big! We had his 6 month check-up today, he weighs 20 pounds 11 ounces and is 27 inches long. He also got his second shot, poor little guy. He actually did really well, I think he was more annoyed that he was being pinned down. Good thing Ryan is able to come to all his Dr. visits because his job is to hold him down when the mean shot lady nurse comes in. I cant even watch, it makes me too sad. :(

Trent is 1/2 a year old!

I cannot believe my baby is half a year old! Time goes by too fast, this is definately a fun age but I wouldn't mind if it slowed down a bit. Motherhood is far more amazing than I could have ever imagined. Ryan and I are enjoying every minute of being parents and just love this little boy to death! Here is what our baby boy is up to on his 1/2 birthday!

• Weight: Over 20 pounds (Dr. visit is next week)
• Height: not sure. Maybe 27ish inches
• Has two teeth and I can see two more coming
• Started crawling today : )
• Has eaten zuchinni, banana, and rice cereal
• Size 3 diapers
• Size 12 month clothes
• Back to sleeping good. Thank gosh: )
• Says mama and baba
• Has started napping in his crib
• Moved into a convertible car seat
• Loves his sisters
• Still has to be nursed to sleep
• Talks more than ever
• Loves playing with toys
• Can go from a sit position to crawl position
• Gives mommy kisses

Trent is so fun to be around and brings so much joy to our lives! We LOVE you baby boy!
