Uh oh!!

Uh oh!! I think I'm in trouble, Mr. Man seems to have quite the temper alraedy. Can you believe this? Only six months old and already demanding he get his way.

Fooooood!

Baby boy had his first taste of real food! It was so much fun feeding him. He loved zucchini, maybe cuz it was cooked by his auntie Taisia! I have decided to make his food that way I can use organic fruits and veggies and I know exactly what is going in his little tummy. So far he has eaten rice cereal, zucchini, and bananas. The bananas are his favorite of course. Here is a picture of our little green monster!! Oh yea... He also got tooth #2 yesterday! So.... cute!

Happening too fast!!!

Tonight was a big day in our house! When I got home from work I was playing with baby boy and he wanted to chew on my finger, like always, but this time was different from all the other times. As I put my clean knuckle in his mouth he bit down and guess what was there? A TOOTH!!! He cut his first tooth! I knew it was coming but man I am not ready for him to be getting this old. It's just barely peeking through but it's there alright, a sharp little sucker! So cute!!!

Oh yea last night was another first for us. This guy fights and fights and fights going to sleep but last night I was holding him and he put his little head on my shoulder and fell right asleep! I was soaking up every minute of it. I just love him more and more everyday if thats even possible!

My baby is 5 months!

So another month has flown by! Our little Trentster is 5 months old! I am loving every minute of being a mom. Every day is something new and it is just amazing to see my little man grow. Here are few new things he has been up to.

• Not sure of his weight or height but its a good thing cuz that means we haven't had to go to the doctor! : )


• He is no longer the good sleeper I used to brag about.


• Has completely grown out of his swing and refuses to sit in it.


• Puts EVERYTHING in his mouth.


• Should be cutting a tooth any day (well hopefully, teething has been pretty rough on him.)


• Does push-ups (not baby push-ups, full on push-ups, on his hands and feet)


• Has the cutest voice ever and is learning new sounds.


• "Scratches" everything checking out it's texture.


• Has a very keen "tilt radar" when trying to lay him in his crib at night.


• Got his first taste of real food. A frozen banana in a washcloth. Ok so he didnt eat it but he could taste it, and he loved it.


• With daddy back to work he gets to spend three days at home with daddy, three with mommy and one with both.


• Grabs and reaches for everything.


• Is quickly growing out of more clothes.


• Has found his feet and loves to play with them and eat them.


• Gets up on his hands and knees.


• Sits up all by himself.

Happy 5 month birthday my beautiful boy! I love you more than you'll ever know!

Look who's sitting!

For those of you that have been around Trent know this is a big deal! My son hates to sit! He would always push off his feet to stand and would refuse to sit! This is such a great day!

Easter Sunday!

Holidays are becoming quite difficult trying to be in 10 places at once and trying to please everyone. Well this Easter was no exception. My family went to the Angels game so we drove to Anaheim in the morning (well first we went to Ryan's moms for breakfast) to tailgate and then we went to Ryan's aunt Monique and Uncle Colin's. And next weekend were having Easter part two at my grandma and grandpa's. Sadly we didn't get to see Ryan's dads side but we did think of them. (missed you Bill, Theresa, Mikyla, Brooke, Anna, Matt and Grandma Gail) Maybe we need to start doing alternate years? Yeah that's a good idea!

Anyway....Even though we didn't go to the actual game we still had to dress up for the occasion. I discovered that my little man looks quite cute in baseball hats!

Don't you just want to eat him? I know I do!!!

Easter Bunny!!!

This morning we went to see the Easter Bunny with the Smith's! The "real" Easter Bunny wasn't there yet so we just took our own pictures with the "fake" one. I wasn't too disappointed because I think the real one is really scary looking anyway. I think they turned out really cute. Look at our little man standing!
